Todays Perspective

Version 2

I posted this on FB and Instagram on Tuesday. Seemed like a good idea to post on the blog, as well.

Duwamish Access VI

Rippling water wake of large barge. What appeared to me as abandoned piers. One of them was a pedestrian pier that is now barricaded. To access the abandoned piers I had to ‘overlook’ a No Trespassing sign :-). Trespassing is pretty common to get into abandoned places or ones of high risk. My next post will take a closer look at the abandoned pier in the “No Trespassing” Zone.

Meditation

A break from what I usually post. The other day, when it was 35 degrees outside, our 5 year old grandson decided he was too tense or anxious so he went out to the sidewalk in front of his house, of his own volition, and decided to get centered.

Note: photo taken with my phone. Quality not so great, sorry.

Odds and Ends

Bigfoot crossing, gnome home, auto art and a pseudo-selfie with bush.

Along the Duwamish River

A few views along the banks of the Duwamish River.

More Duwamish Reflections

Location: Duwamish River, South Park, Seattle.Seattle’s industrial river that was actually the very first EPA Superfund site, designated as such in 1970. The river is slowly changing, getting cleaner, less industry = less pollution, etc.

Shot: Approx. 2-3 weeks ago.
