Two views of the Kentile Floors sign in Gowanus. The land the sign and factory sits on is part of the Superfund Site. Apparently the soil is contaminated with asbestos.

DSC_8015-001 Reinventing itself, DUMBO has now become a destination as well as a trendy place to live. With the new Brooklyn Bridge Park along the East River it really makes this area very attractive. The views of Manhattan are wonderful from this vantage point.
