Carkeek Park Pond and Nature Trail
Located on Puget Sound, Carkeek Park has some interesting trails and wetlands to observe nature. Over the next few days I will be posting some of the things I encountered while in the park with the students of Whitman Middle School.

White Pass
White Pass, near Mt. Rainier, in late May. Still a bit of snow under the chair lift. The runoff, adjacent to the road, was pretty yucky.
