Not a Typical Day

According to  a recent Seattle Times article, Seattle is experiencing an influx of new residents, based on drivers license applications. Most of those incoming humans are coming from California and Texas. Go figure! My plea: please don’t move here! We have the worst ( or nearly the worst) traffic congestion, more gray and rainy days than you can calculate using Chisenbop and a political structure of rule by committee, which means nothing gets done, to list just a few reasons for not moving here. WARNING! The image you see in this posting is an aberration in the normal weather pattern!

Views along the Waterfront

The Victoria Clipper runs daily between Seattle and Victoria, B.C. Two recognizable items, a Seattle ferry boat and the Space Needle, currently painted in its original colors to commemorate its 50th year.

From the Archives

I wanted to step back in time and dig something out of the archives that I don’t think I have used before. This is a moon-rise over Elliott Bay and south of  Downtown Seattle area. I think this was taken with a small, point and shoot camera over 5 years ago.
