Signs
From the outside looking in it appears the arts are thriving in Georgetown. Bella Vitale poster and sign.
The Hangar Cafe
The Hangar Cafe, just across from the north side of Boeing ( King County Municipal Airport) Airfield is a converted house. The coffee is really good. I haven’t tried the food, yet. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.
Neon by Day
Neon sign by day , this ‘Georgetown’ sign is just as eclectic as this neighborhood. I need to take a night shot of this sign.
Faux “News”
Political propaganda show/channel masquerading as news. The decline and fall of corporate news was spearheaded by this channel and Rupert Murdoch. Canada, recently, voted not to allow Fox to set up an affilliate in that country based on the veracity of the product Faux News puts out. Canada still has a law on the books similar to The Fairness Doctrine we used to have in the states until Reagan abolished it in 1986. Post 1986 news coverage did not have to be balanced ( show all sides to an issue ) or even factual in their reporting. After all, it’s just entertainment. Something most of the sheeple in America have not understood.
Georgetown Kitsch
The “Welcome” Gnome and the Marlboro Man share equal space in the alternative universe known as Georgetown, Seattle.

Interesting Spelling
Belle and Wissell, one of the unique businesses residing in Georgetown.
Fantagraphics
Fantagraphics, one of the many small businesses located in the Georgetown area of Seattle. I have been amazed by the number of small businesses and companies in Georgetown. Until I parked my car and walked around on foot did I discover the richness of this area.
