A Day at the Beach

Under the Rail Bridge

At this spot on the Yakima River there is a rail bridge over a small stream that feeds into the river. A fun spot to explore, but not when a train is passing through.

Beachscape

IMG_1874Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains in the background ( snow-topped) yesterday ( Mar.11th). We had a couple of hour window between rain storms :-).

Entropy

This first image looks a little like a fish. I thought I needed to take a few days off from the Gowanus Canal photos. Even I have limits on how much urban decay I can tolerate :-). I found this section of beach at Chambers Bay really fun to explore.
