Classic Rolls Royce spotted along the Ruston Trail near Commencement Bay, Tacoma, Wa. This Rolls was parked in a lot belonging to a law firm. “Follow the money”, as the saying goes. Reminds me of the TV show ‘Burke’s Law‘ (1963-1965), a show about a LA Homicide detective who rode around in a Silver Cloud, I believe. I guess I have dated myself :-).

Yesterday we took a day trip to Sunrise, on the east side of Mt. Rainier. As you can see it was a beautiful day! Will be posting more from this day in the future.
Views of cyclists, tree limbs broken from high winds and apartment complex perched precariously on a hillside above a gravel pit were seen this day along the GR Trail.
A section of the Interurban Trail, not as scenic as the Green River Trail, that is straight and flat. A large portion of the Green River Trail is closed due to flood abatement efforts. The trail has turned into a six foot wall of sandbags covered in black plastic.
These images were shot from a long distance along the Green River. The adult and child were fishing right below the eagle’s nest, at a bend in the river.
Taken while driving to Portland on I-5. I have made this trip dozens of times the past 4 years. Also, an image of the Amtrak train heading to Seattle. I’ve ridden this train a few times in the past few years.
This cement column used to support something large, but now sits alone adjacent to the river. The building below appears to have sat unused for quite some time.
