From south of Lake Union, looking at Queen Ann Hill, Seattle. This was shot from the top of the Pemco parking garage on Eastlake Ave. I only had a 55mm lens in the car to use. Not the best lens for the situation.

Across from Tanner Springs Park there is some old buildings from Portland’s past. Rust has taken over this particular building.
Low Tide & Skywatch Friday
Low tide on the Duwamish River near the Boeing Facility. The building is so large I could not capture all of it, even with a wide angle lens.
Courtyard Apartments
On Capitol Hill. Reminds me of the apartments in the movie ‘Singles‘, which was filmed in Seattle. I don’t think this is the actual location, though.
Progress
The place where the back hoe is parked used to be a white house where a lawyer’s offices were located for many years. The image of the wreckage of a commercial building is what used to be Bank of America, on Broadway. From what I understand they had a lot of trouble destroying the vault, which is comforting. I think many people will think this is a fitting end to a Bank of America facility.

Georgetown Community Center
Many years ago this was the police precinct building for south Seattle, including jail cells.
Triangle Building
This building, located on the corner of a lot, is actually triangular in shape. Pretty amazing.
Radioactive?
Radioactive(?) graffiti on the side of a building in Georgetown. I don’t think I can decode this piece.
