This building is probably only fit for reptiles and rodents. I would have liked to have gone inside, but it is fenced off. It’s always a good sign when you see foliage growing out of the sides of a structure.

Entropy
This first image looks a little like a fish. I thought I needed to take a few days off from the Gowanus Canal photos. Even I have limits on how much urban decay I can tolerate :-). I found this section of beach at Chambers Bay really fun to explore.
A Different View of Mt. Rainier
This view is from the Kent Valley, south of Seattle.
Trestle and Bridge
A couple of more sights along the Interurban Trail. I think the clearance underneath the trestle is 8 feet, 6in. Bigfoot might have to duck to pass under.
Sunrise Hike
Just a few of the things we saw as we walked up to the Huckleberry Trail on the Sunrise side of Mt. Rainier. The moss just hung like long strands of hair. The deer just walked out of the brush and onto the trail, coming within 15 feet of me. 
Lighthouse Sign
Sign on the side of the North Head Lighthouse in Long Beach, Washington. The lighthouse is located just north of the mouth of the Columbia River.
Olympic Mountain

Coming back over the Cascades to return to Western Washington, this view of Mt. Rainier shot using the Minolta X700.
Jagged Peaks and Dead Tree
There are some pretty steep, jagged peaks that the highway winds through in the North Cascades. I think this tree may have been hit by lightning.
Duckabush River Estuary
Shot with Minolta X-700 and scanned into PC. This is the marshland adjacent to the mouth of the Duckabush River on Hood Canal in Washington State.
North Head Lighthouse

Light House is located on the north side of the Columbia River where it meets the Pacific Ocean in Long Beach, Washington.
