I’m not sure what this was meant to be-Merman or Mermaid or? Some kind of sea creature?

Mystery is part of the fun and charm :-).

  1. I don’t get it….there is no plate or plaque with the artists name and any sort of explanation? I don’t recognize this character as part of any local legends like the Fremont Troll or the Sasquatch or………..

    • I looked for a plaque. Didn’t see one. Odd! Will check again next time I am in the neighborhood. I have been shooting regularly in Georgetown for the past ten years, documenting the changes. It has become a destination rather than an ignored step-child.
