Some views of the Wenatchee River at Leavenworth. Sorry about the blurry jumper photo. Normally I wouldn’t post something blurred-at least intentionally. The jumper caught me by surprise and I had to shift the camera at the last second to catch him in the frame.
The underwater logs are intriguing. I wonder if they are there from the flood in the 90’s or if they are there from the original mill pond. It makes me think of the huge number of trees that were scoured off the hillsides around Mt. St. Helens. Most sank and are still there at the bottom of the new Spirit Lake.

It was a hot day but that is a mountain river and it is cold water!
