Georgetown Community Center. For years this building served as the South Precint Headquarters for SPD, The South Precint is now located in a larger, new facility on Delridge Way in West Seattle. Above photo: looking south on BNSF tracks in Georgetown. There is an old spur that goes into the old Seattle Brewery Building. That spur ends abruptly about 20 yards north of this location. It’s an interesting place to walk around on a Sunday morning. Along the tracks is a wealth of discarded items.

Seattle’s Painted Ladies
Seattle‘s version of the ‘Painted Ladies‘. Above, another perspective on the Geometric House from yesterday. My guess is that the dormer was done recently.
Between Two Buildings
Between two buildings at the old Seattle Brewing Co. is an old walkway that probably wouldn’t meet code today.
General Offices
This building is in use today or has space to lease. I think it may have been the location of the offices for the old Seattle Brewing and Malting Co. Location: Georgetown, Seattle.
Dredging out the East Cofferdam
They are still digging out the river bottom on the East cofferdam on the 14th St. Bridge Project in South Park. I wonder if I am the only one photographing the project, from beginning to end?
Peppers
Today it is peppers and pigs. This was shot in film at the Pike Place Market. Most vendors were patient with me, but one I had to bribe one less-than-friendly young woman by purchasing some tomatoes.
