Just a FYI: Starting April 13th and ending on June 15th I will have a small display of photos at Capitol Hill Hair, 19th and Republican on Capitol Hill.
And Camellia’s, too
Some of the camellia’s are starting to bloom along with tulips and dogwoods. These photos were taken at the end of a day. Sometimes the colors seem deeper at dusk as opposed to dawn, in my humble opinion.

Walking Brooklyn Heights
Art Deco, pink fire escape and old stone sidewalks. One of my favorite places to walk in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Bridge
View of Brooklyn Bridge from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. I think there was some maintenance going on last Fall when this photo was taken.
View from the F Train.
From the elevated section of the subway between 4th Ave. and Smith St./9th Ave. stations in Brooklyn. The iconic Kentile Floors sign.
Ikea Water Taxi
The Ikea Water Taxi runs from the pier adjacent to the Ikea store in Red Hook to the old Fulton Fish Market Pier on the east side of Manhattan ( Pier 11 ). The views from the taxi are incredible as you cross the East River.

Old Pilings
Old pilings in Red Hook serve a secondary purpose after being abandoned by people.

Update
Friday I found out that the photo display I was planning on doing from May 1st to June 15th has been moved up a couple of weeks. Apparently the artist slated to show ahead of me cancelled so I was offered all of their time. I decided to split the extra time with the current photographer showing so now I will be putting up my photos on April 13th. Since this is a two month run I may, depending on circumstances, swap out some of the work after a few weeks.
The address of the salon is: 514 East Republican, on Capitol Hill, in Seattle. I know I have one or two followers locally so just thought I should put out an update, in the event someone was planning on stopping by to look.
