Emmons Glacier on the side of Mt. Rainier. Twenty years ago it seemed like the glacier was more substantial than it is today.

Update: 6 Sept 2023: Cancer has returned. Probably will start directed radiation treatment at the end of October.

Update: 24 Sept 2024: After two 15 round sessions of SBRT I am now undergoing chemotherapy. After chemo, A PET scan will assess where I am. After the scan I will be minimally doing a year of immunotherapy -beginning November, 2024. Update: 8 March 2025-Finished 3rd immunotherapy ( Imfinzi- a checkpoint inhibitor) and fourth is on 11 March 2015. Another PET SCAN scheduled for 18 March 2025.

Update Sept. 2025: Scans from a couple of weeks ago look positive. However, Oncologist has changed the original plan from one year of immunotherapy to continuing “indefinitely”, as he feels, due to my history with cancer, that if stopped it would come back.

I now have a Minolta Himatic 35mm film camera, a 50 year old Agfa 200 Sensor 35mm film camera and a Nikon J1 digital as well as a Pentax K-X digital camera.
