Spotted around 3rd Ave and 4th St. in Park Slope. The above building was abandoned 20 years ago. It is a shame as I think it has some architectural elements worth saving. Bottom Image: Looks like we have a new surface on the driveway and the next project will be a new roll up door.
I would like to have that building here. Then renovate it into something useful like a painter’s studio or somesuch thing. It looks as if ti would be light-filled if the windows were glass.
I would love to renovate this building and maybe turn it into 3 or 4 artists spaces plus living space. I don’t know what the interior looks like, might be a bit of a mess.
